Where the toys go

Every car and cart brings one new, unwrapped toy. Last year's entries filled a staircase with toys. This year it all goes to three local charities.

  • Healthy Starts

Care and support for new moms, babies and young families.

  • Shepherd's Village

A safe home and a fresh start for single moms and their kids.

  • Santa's Helpers

Gets gifts under the tree for local kids who would go without.

Bring a toy, take home a poinsettia

Bring a new, unwrapped toy to the after-party at Saltwater Hippie Beach Bar and grab a free poinsettia from Mullen's Plants & Palms.

100 available, while they last.

  • LightsString them on the grille, the canopy, the tailgate. Anything that blinks.
  • TinselGarland on the bumpers, bows on the doors. More is more.
  • CostumesDress the whole crew. Elves, Grinches, matching pajamas.
  • InflatablesSanta riding shotgun, a snowman in the truck bed.
  • A themeGingerbread house, tiki Christmas, Santa's sleigh. Pick one and commit.

Common questions

Something we missed? Call Rodger at 407-620-9368.

What counts as a classic car?

Pre-1975 classic cars and trucks, truly exotic cars, art cars, rat rods, novelty vehicles, golf carts and mini trucks. Large groups of late-model production cars aren't a fit. Not sure about yours? Call Rodger at 407-620-9368.

Can golf carts join?

Yes. Any golf cart is welcome, and the more tinsel the better. Carts line up at Sculley's John's Pass at 10am. Cart questions go to Rodger at 407-620-9368.

Can friends and family ride along?

Register today and bring your crew in your registered parade vehicle. Put the number of riders on your registration, including the driver, so we can plan breakfast.

What kind of toy should I bring?

One new, unwrapped toy per vehicle, for any age from babies to teens. Unwrapped lets the charities sort toys by age. Bring it to your lineup (Caddy's Treasure Island for cars, Sculley's John's Pass for carts) or drop it on the pile at the finish at Saltwater Hippie Beach Bar.

What happens if it rains?

If weather makes the parade unsafe, we'll post it on Facebook.

Where do I park?

Paid parking is available at John's Pass. Parking lots along Gulf Blvd fill early, so give yourself extra time.

Where's the best spot to watch?

John's Pass is the family favorite, with Village Blvd closed from 10 to 11am. Every spot is here: Where to watch
